Our unique "Hoss Custom Rebuild" program for heavy construction and mining equipment provides our customers with superior value that begins with an attention to detail from start to finish.

• Hoss Custom Rebuild cores are typically less than 10 years old, and have fewer than 25,000 frame hours.  The cores of our used heavy construction equipment have not been used in extreme service applications.
• Electrical systems are thoroughly examined and replaced as needed.   Transmissions, drop boxes, final drives, differentials, planetaries  and related parts are inspected and replaced to meet or exceed  Caterpillar specifications.
• Hoss Equipment strictly follows Caterpillar specifications for rebuilds,  and uses the Caterpillar Exchange program for some or all of the cylinder heads, blocks, crankshaft/camshaft, connecting rods, turbochargers, water  pump, and starters/alternators.
• Hoss Equipment uses only genuine Caterpillar parts and Caterpillar dealer  support staff and technicians to rebuild its used heavy construction equipment.  That’s why Hoss Custom Rebuilds are serviceable at any Caterpillar dealer throughout the free world.
